We chose to work with Window Works Studio because we wanted the perfect window treatments for our new custom home. After seeing the house finished, we were surprised to find that our original plan for plantation shutters were not the best option for the space. We had no idea about all of the window treatment options that were available.

We called a couple of places but found their associates were overwhelmingly pushy or less than helpful. Amy struck a very good balance.

She was extremely helpful and informative but did not overwhelm us with choices. She was always available for questions and never pushy with a sale, in fact she was very flexible working with us to complete the project in phases. She was empathetic about our design conundrum and helped us find the perfect option. We ultimately decided on the Hunter Douglas Silhouettes shades which maximized our lovely scenic views while still maintaining a classic, elegant look inside our home. My husband initially found your company when researching local Hunter Douglas dealers online due to some that were sagging in the center. The company I initially bought them from was no longer handling the brand and you graciously handled my problem in fulfilling their warranty. We had been looking for a new window treatment after changing out the sofa and oriental rug, changing the color scheme in the room.
